Heating renewed.
Community supported.
Broad Oak delivered a complete heating plant replacement at St Mary’s Church in Leamington Spa, combining 200 kW of new boiler capacity with upgraded circulation, controls and gas safety systems.
The challenge.
Understood.
Replacing the church’s heating plant required more than a boiler change. Existing equipment and high-level heaters had to be removed, with the new installation integrated into the building’s services and the surrounding areas made good.

Expertise.
In every detail.
We managed the complete changeover, removing redundant plant and high-level heaters before installing a new twin-boiler system. Two 100 kW Ideal commercial boilers now provide 200 kW of heating capacity, connected to the church’s heating circuits through renewed pumps, stainless pipework and a low-loss header.
Our in-house team delivered the flues, electrical installation and control panel alongside the S&S Northern gas safety system. We coordinated access, insulation and making good within the same programme, bringing every part of the replacement together for the church.
