The challenge.
Understood.
Nelson House Offices and the Maylord Orchard Meeting Room needed different heating solutions. Delivering both meant coordinating plant replacement, electrical works and safety controls around occupied buildings and protected access routes.

Expertise.
In every detail.
At Nelson House, we replaced the existing boilers with two Remeha Quinta Ace condensing boilers and installed indirect hot-water storage with immersion backup. We integrated the new plant with the retained Trend building management system, renewing pumps, flues and sequencing controls. At Maylord Orchard, we installed a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000 Style combi boiler and replaced six radiators. Our team also brought the gas, fire-alarm and ventilation controls together, completing the electrical installation, system cleaning, water treatment and commissioning as part of the same delivery.
