Four sites.
One solar programme.
Broad Oak delivered rooftop solar installations across four Culina logistics sites, bringing on-site renewable generation to a busy national estate through one coordinated programme.
The challenge.
Understood.
Each logistics site had its own building and operational requirements. Culina needed a consistent approach to solar delivery that brought the installations together while accounting for the demands of a working estate.

Expertise.
In every detail.
We delivered the programme across Great Bear Chesterfield, IPS St Helens, IPS Featherstone and CML Telford, coordinating each installation within the wider estate programme. Our team brought together the rooftop arrays, electrical installation and inverter integration, then took the systems through testing and commissioning. Treating the four sites as a connected programme gave the work a consistent delivery approach, while allowing for the requirements of each location. Performance monitoring completed the installations, providing visibility of the renewable electricity being generated on site.
- Rooftop solar arrays across four logistics sites
- Coordinated site programmes and installation
- Electrical connections and inverter integration
- Testing, commissioning and generation monitoring
The difference.
Delivered.
Four operational sites gained their own source of renewable electricity. The completed installations turned available roof space into energy-generating infrastructure, adding on-site solar to Culina’s estate and supporting its longer-term approach to energy and sustainability.
