Complete renewal.
Heating with confidence.
Broad Oak completed a full plant room refurbishment at Ashwood Court for Progress Housing Group, renewing heating, hot water, controls and safety systems within a four-week programme.
The challenge.
Understood.
The plant room serving approximately 40 flats and communal areas needed modernisation. Heating, hot-water storage, controls and safety interlocks had to work together as a complete installation.

Expertise.
In every detail.
Working in partnership with FairHeat, we completed the plant room refurbishment for Progress Housing Group within a four-week programme. Our team installed three new Potterton boilers and a 500-litre Cordivari hot-water cylinder, bringing renewed heat generation and hot-water storage together in the same upgrade. We also upgraded heating controls and radiator valves, and integrated the gas, carbon monoxide and fire alarm interlocks. Bringing these elements together gave the refurbishment a clear focus: a coordinated heating and hot-water installation with its control and safety systems considered throughout.
- Complete plant room refurbishment
- Three new Potterton boilers installed
- 500-litre Cordivari hot-water cylinder installed
- Heating controls and radiator valves upgraded
- Gas, carbon monoxide and fire alarm interlocks integrated
The difference.
Delivered.
Ashwood Court gained a fully refurbished plant room serving its flats and shared spaces. New boiler plant, hot-water storage and integrated controls replaced the ageing installation with a more coordinated system for the housing provider to operate and maintain.
