The challenge.
Understood.
Courtrooms, offices, waiting areas and support facilities all depended on the building’s services. The challenge was to integrate mechanical, hot-water, air-handling and controls upgrades across a complex public building as one connected installation.

Expertise.
In every detail.
Working with FairHeat, we renewed pumps, pressurisation and filtration, and installed water-quality monitoring, metering and pressure-independent controls. We replaced the existing calorifiers with two Cetetherm AquaEfficiency packages and two inline electric boiler units. Our in-house team also delivered AHU upgrades, hydraulic reconnections and six duct heater batteries, integrating the works with the BMS and monitoring systems. Hydraulic balancing, load testing and commissioning completed the package, bringing the plant room, hot-water services and air-handling systems together under one coordinated delivery team.
- Pump, pressurisation, expansion and filtration renewal
- Heat metering, BMS and monitoring integration
- Radiator and differential-pressure control upgrades
- In-house AHU works and six duct heater batteries
- Two AquaEfficiency packages and inline electric hot-water backup
- Hydraulic balancing, load testing, commissioning and handover
The difference.
Delivered.
The court centre received a coordinated retrofit that connected renewed heating and hot-water plant with air handling, hydraulic control and building management. Broad Oak took the package through installation, testing and handover, giving the project one team responsible for bringing those systems together.
