The challenge.
Understood.
The replacement plant had to work with the building’s existing layout, including a vertical flue route. The project brought boiler-room equipment, local heating controls and high-level flue installation into one coordinated delivery.

Expertise.
In every detail.
We installed two 90 kW Potterton Sirius Three boilers, providing 180 kW of combined capacity, alongside a Grundfos MAGNA3 twin-head pump assembly and Mikrofill pressurisation equipment. New expansion vessels, filtration and water treatment supported the hydraulic installation, while 20 motorised two-port valves and programmable thermostats renewed local heating control. Our team integrated gas proving and detection and installed a new flue liner through the existing vertical riser. This included the boiler-header connection, support bracketry, high-level access and weather sealing, bringing the complete installation together within the existing building.
